On Nov 10 the Planning and Zoning board will give the Comp Plan another look and hear public comments, although there will be no vote of approval required or requested. PAHA has cancelled our meeting scheduled for that night and encourages everyone to attend this townhall style meeting. As we begin Fiscal Year 2027 there are some changes in Plantation Acres that you should know about. Plantation Acres Improvement District (PAID) will now operate as a dependent special district of the City of Plantation. As always you should call 911 for an immediate threat to life or public safety. New permit applications should be submitted through the applicable City of Plantation permitting process, with the City coordinating any PAID engineering or drainage review that remains applicable.
