THIS PROPOSAL IS EXPECTED TO COME BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL SOON - PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR MORE DETAILS

There is a project being proposed to change the zoning in the central acres around Old Hiatus Road and NW 4th Street.

A local builder purchased the property and is proposing to put 42 single family homes on 11 acres.  It is currently one house per acre in that area. In the October PAHA meeting the members attending voted unanimously that PAHA opposes the rezoning of the property and the project in its current form.  Do you want the current master plan zoning in Plantation Acres to be changed or should we be working to maintain the character of our community?  If you are in favor of saving our acres in the form it is now, please join PAHA as we work to keep the character of our neighborhoods.
