We have learned that Rob Steigle has come to the city’s Development Review Committee with plans for 4th Street Estates, 4 separate homes to be parceled on the 4 Acres that face 4th Street. This is what the code permits in RS1-EP, and we couldn’t be happier. We do not have any information about the other 7 acres behind that, but this is progress! We are not letting our guard down. Tap Into Your Neighborhood

Nextdoor connects neighbors to each other — and to everything nearby: Local businesses, services, news updates, recommendations and stuff for sale from the people down the block.

Building connections in the real world is a universal human need. That truth, and the reality that neighborhoods are among the most important communities in our lives, have been guiding principles for Nextdoor since the beginning.
