To control rate increases effective March 15th, 2023, AAA will no longer insure homes built prior to 1995. Policies that are written and bound prior to March 15th well be grandfathered in. Don’t wait till your policy renews and miss the deadline. Take advantage of the AAA – PAHA partnership. On average Plantation Acres residents are saving $4,000 per year on their insurance with our package policy protecting their homes and autos. Phillip Kittell of AAA – The Auto Club Group will update us Tuesday during our association meeting.

Samira Shalan, Director of the City of Plantation Engineering Department, will provide updates during our January 17th meeting. Topics will include our traffic calming application and initiatives along with North Acres Park.

Thank you to everyone who was actively engaged in the topics for City Council on 1/11/2023. Thanks to everyone who wrote, called, posted, showed up, stood up and spoke up, Zoom will be back for the next city council meeting 1/25. And the Short Term Vacation Rental ordinance changes had their first reading. And also 4th Street Estates, 4 homes, each on one acre, was approved as part of the formerly known Reflections project. Your engagement is appreciated.

If the comments or evidence are not mailed or emailed they will not be offered into the record.
