During our September 20 Association Meeting, PAHA is hosting our 2022 City of Plantation Candidates Night. We have learned that Rob Steigle has come to the city’s Development Review Committee with plans for 4th Street Estates, 4 separate homes to be parceled on the 4 Acres that face 4th Street. This is what the code permits in RS1-EP, and we couldn’t be happier. We do not have any information about the other 7 acres behind that, but this is progress! We are not letting our guard down.
