This evening it was announced on social media that Lennar had agreed to reduce the scale of its project from over 111 attached row townhome units to 43 detached single family homes. This is for the property on the corner of South Hiatus Road and West Broward Blvd.

Please remember that other conflicts remain. This Tuesday at our Association Meeting TDON, the developer proposing Reflections in the Acres (NW 4th Street and Old Hiatus Road), will present a modified plan. This could be our last chance to ask them questions before this goes back to the city.
